Are other recruiting services using the platform able to check out my athletes?

No, as a recruiting service you will never see the athlete of another recruiting service and vice versa.

Is it possible use the software with multiple users from our company at the same time?

Yes, it is possible to use the software with as many users as you need. You will be able to share workflows for athletes and support each other to optimize your resources.

Do registered coaches see which athlete is supported by a recruiting service? Or do coaches only see the name of the athlete?

Yes and no. It is entirely up to you. If set up, coaches would be able to see a badge on the respective athlete's profile, which shows the name of the recruiting service they work with.

How often is your database updated?

We update our database constantly – as coaches move in and out of coaching positions, contact details are updated once a quarter. Academic and athletic university data gets updated once a year.

Does the database include Head & Assistant Coaches?

We list all the coaches, we can identify. You are always able to select and contact the coach, who makes most sense to reach out to.

Do my athletes have any touch points with College Pipe when logging on?

As a white-labeled solution your athletes will have no idea you are using our software. Everything is designed and adjusted to your corporate design. Even the URL and the App Icon can be adjusted, so that you can present it as your proprietary software to your client.

How do you ensure that the emails from the system are being delivered to the coaches?

Email deliverability is one of the most important metrics of our company. We track the email open and delivery rate on a weekly basis and make sure the emails end up in the coaches' inbox. In order to be fully transparent our users can check whether an email has been delivered and opened by the coach: our recruiting insights.

How do I know if coaches use the software to recruit?

While coaches may claim their recruiting accounts with us, they don't have to, as you are able to reach any college coach in the U.S., no matter if they have College Pipe account or not. Whenever a registered coach looks for athletes, you are able to review such roster needs.

How does College Pipe's pricing work?
